Hello, I'm Brommel… a real character with a big heart – once you get to know me. I'm looking for experienced dog owners who will treat me with understanding and clear guidance and give me a stable, safe home. Want to know more about me? I came to the shelter as a seizure because I unfortunately bit someone. Therefore, ideally, I need someone with experience handling dogs with behavioral issues. I am… people-oriented, playful, and affectionate with my people. But: trust needs to be built – that takes time, patience, and several visits. If it's a good fit, it's a perfect fit! I can be truly loyal. I'm sometimes a little wary of strangers at first. I get along with other dogs depending on how they get along. A house with a securely fenced garden (at least 1.50 m high fence) in a rural or suburban setting would be ideal for me. Due to my breed, I have a certain guarding instinct – with a little time to settle in, I would certainly keep a good eye on my new home. I can probably also be left alone for a few hours – we'll have to try and find out exactly how long. I wish for… a quiet home without children with people who take me seriously, understand my needs, and provide me with clear structure. I have a lot of potential and want to show that there's more to me than my past suggests. Intrigued?
