Lumira

SOS Forgotten Paws Animal Welfare Association

Hello, you wonderful human! My name is Lumira – a sensitive little dog with so much potential, who is eager to go through life by your side! According to the vet, I was born in April 2026. With my current height of 47 cm and my genes as a typical Labrador mix, I will still grow a little bit taller. My light brown, silky fur, my adorable floppy ears, and my attentive gaze make me a real beauty! I have a loyal soul with great potential, eager to bond closely with my humans! To fully develop, I'm looking for experienced dog owners who can provide clear structure, as everything is still very new and incredibly exciting for me. With confident and loving guidance, I'll quickly learn to feel secure in everyday life. I get along very well with other dogs, which is why a friendly resident dog would be a great addition to my life. Living with slightly older children who treat dogs with care can also be wonderful. I haven't yet had any experience with cats. However, with your calm guidance and step-by-step instructions, this shouldn't be a problem. Patience is essential, as living in a household is completely new territory for me. Clattering pots, the vacuum cleaner, or walking on smooth floors are environmental stimuli that I need to get used to gradually. The basics of dog training, such as reliable housebreaking, walking calmly on a leash, and short periods of being alone, are also on my learning agenda now. Just give me the necessary time, love, and patience to settle in, and feel free to keep the 3-3-3 rule for rescue dogs in mind. Are you ready to give me this time and rediscover the world hand in paw with me?

I am being rehomed through the animal welfare organization SOS Forgotten Paws e.V. with a protection contract and for a protection fee of €570. I am, of course, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, and neutered. I am also already registered with Tasso. A suitable and nearly new safety harness and leash will be purchased through our organization. This starter kit ensures that I feel safe, secure, and well cared for right from the start.
