Tammy

SOS Forgotten Paws Animal Welfare Association

Hello, you wonderful person! My name is Tammy – a magical companion waiting to become part of your family! I was born in March 2026. I currently measure 52 cm at the shoulder, and since I have a real livestock guardian dog gene in me, I might still grow a little taller. With my pretty black and white markings, loyal eyes, and friendly nature, I want to find my way straight into your arms. As a proud livestock guardian dog mix, I have a bright, intelligent character who knows exactly what's going on around me. I'm looking for experienced dog owners with a clear, confident demeanor who can lovingly and consistently show me the ropes and give me real support. In everyday life, I'm peaceful, get along well with other dogs, and am always sociable when interacting with them. If you have understanding, slightly older children who appreciate respectful interaction with a dog, I'm ready to become part of your team. We haven't tried it with cats yet. With a little tact and a slow approach, I'm sure it will work out. Patience is essential, as settling into a real home will be a bit of a journey that can take a few weeks. I also need to learn the basics of being a dog from scratch. With the necessary time, lots of love, and patience, we will master this together! Four walls, furniture, vacuum cleaners, and all the everyday noises are completely new to me. Things like house training, walking calmly on a leash, and gradually being left alone will also have to be worked out together step by step. A rescue dog needs a lot of understanding at the beginning, and small stumbling blocks are part of the process, but with your support, we will be unbeatable! It's best if you take a look at the 3-3-3 rule beforehand, so you know exactly how my first days with you will go. Would you like to lend me your hand and embark on our greatest adventure together? I am being rehomed through the animal welfare organization SOS Forgotten Paws e.V. with a protection contract and for a protection fee of €570. I am, of course, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, and neutered. I am also already registered with Tasso. A suitable and new safety harness with leash must be purchased through our club. This starter kit ensures that I feel safe, secure, and well cared for from the very beginning.
