The Ehingen and Surrounding Area Cat Aid Association is an association dedicated to protecting stray and distressed cats. We have been officially recognized as a non-profit organization deserving of special support since 1994. In June 2013, the cat shelter in Ehingen, operated by our association, was recognized as an "animal shelter-like facility" by the Ulm Veterinary Office. Our approximately 15-20 active members, mostly volunteers, care for cats in need every day. For example: - Stray and homeless cats are neutered to prevent an explosive reproduction. - Sick, injured, and distressed animals are cared for. - We find good homes for animals whenever possible.
