Hello, you sweet soul! I'm Marisa – an enchanting little dog who longs for a home of my own! I was born in July 2026. Currently, I'm about 36 cm tall, but since I'm a wonderful livestock guardian dog mix, I'll probably reach a stately size of about 55 to 60 cm when fully grown. With my beautiful, softly curled coat in warm brown tones, the light blaze on my face, and my loyal, round eyes, I want to quietly sneak my way into your heart! As a sensitive livestock guardian dog mix, I have a clever, attentive, and loyal character that needs a good balance of guidance and security. I wish for experienced, confident people who will show me the world with loving guidance and patience. I always greet other furry friends in a friendly and uncomplicated manner, so any existing dog in the new home is welcome to wait for me. Older children who have learned to respect a dog's boundaries and give it its space are also very welcome. I haven't yet had the opportunity to meet any cats. However, if we are introduced to each other gently and calmly, there's certainly nothing standing in the way of a harmonious life together. Patience is essential, because as a young puppy, I have to learn all the basics of being a dog from scratch. Whether it's the noise of the vacuum cleaner, clattering pots, or walking on slippery floors – I'm completely unfamiliar with the sounds and situations within my own four walls. House training, walking calmly on a leash, and the first periods of being alone are also entirely new challenges for me, which we will tackle together step by step. A rescue dog needs time to settle in at first. It's best to take a look at the 3-3-3 rule for rescue dogs beforehand. Would you like to lend me your hand and embark on our greatest adventure together? I am being rehomed through the SOS Forgotten Paws Animal Welfare Association with a protection contract and for a protection fee of €570. I am, of course, vaccinated, microchipped, and dewormed. I am also already registered with Tasso. A suitable and nearly new safety harness and leash will be purchased through our association. This starter kit ensures that I feel safe, secure, and well cared for right from the start.
