Benni

Our black, handsome Benni was surrendered to us at the animal shelter in 2023 because his owner could no longer care for him due to health reasons. Due to matting, we had to give him a summer haircut, which he wears with pride. Benni is a Caucasian mix. Anyone interested in our Benni should definitely have experience with dogs. Benni doesn't know any commands and likes to test his limits. Long walks are a must for Benni, as they help him relax and enjoy time with his owner. He still needs to work on dog encounters, as he still reacts strongly there and, on rare occasions, displays displacement behavior. However, his threshold for these encounters has already decreased. Benni is a docile dog who really wants to learn a lot. He doesn't like rewards like treats all that much – he much prefers to be petted instead. So far, Benni has only known being kept outdoors. We would like him to find a home with a family. He would love a yard or garden at the house so he can move around freely
