I'm Moppi

... a powerhouse with a big heart, but also a great deal of mistrust – but whoever earns my love gets it unconditionally.

Want to know more about me?

I'm an imposing fellow with a special story: I was found in Berlin, my microchip is from Denmark – a country where dogs like me unfortunately have no future. I was probably abandoned to save my life. What I experienced before remains unclear – but one thing is certain: I've probably experienced little to nothing so far and am initially very skeptical of people.

I need time to build trust. But once you've won my heart, I'll love you without any ifs, ands, or buts. Then I show my playful side, let myself be led, and follow you with my whole 42-kilo (99-pound) dog body – and lots of feeling. I already know a few basics: "sit," "paw," wearing a muzzle, and car rides are no problem for me. What do I still find difficult? Staying calm, walking on a loose leash, and being left alone. I often react with frustration in new situations – here I need confident people who can give me structure, patience, and security. I wish for… a calm, dog-experienced home with people who are willing to teach me the basics of dog training, work with me, and love me. People who will take the time to get to know me, understand my language, and show me the world – slowly, calmly, and with clear rules. Daily activities, reliable routines, and clear communication help me orient myself. My new home should be quiet and located on the outskirts of the city at the latest. Children in the household should be at least 15 years old, so teenagers, and understanding. Perhaps I'm your dream dog? If you're interested, please get in touch – I'd be thrilled!
