The Cat Aid Ehingen and Surrounding Area is an association that looks after the protection of stray and distressed cats. We have been officially recognized as a non-profit organization and as a particularly worthy of support since 1994. In June 2013, the cat house in Ehingen, which is run by our association, was recognized as an "animal shelter-like facility" by the Ulm Veterinary Office. Our approximately 15 - 20 active members are mostly volunteers and look after cats in need every day, for example: - Stray and homeless cats are neutered to prevent an explosive reproduction, - Sick, injured and distressed animals are cared for, - We find animals a good new home wherever possible.
