Since 1957, we, as the oldest animal welfare organization in the region, have been passionately and wholeheartedly dedicated to helping animals in need. What began many decades ago remains a cause close to our hearts: giving animals a voice, alleviating their suffering, and enabling them to have a better future. A particular focus of our work is the neutering of stray cats, the rescue and loving care of found animals, and finding them suitable forever homes. In our volunteer foster homes, sick, frightened, or very young cats are often nursed back to health, bottle-fed, and lovingly prepared for a new life. Furthermore, we support animals in distress, raise awareness, and advocate for responsible and sustainable animal welfare in our region. Our work is carried out with great dedication, passion, and primarily by volunteers. Every single animal matters to us – regardless of age, origin, or health. For almost seven decades, we have stood for one thing: animal welfare is not a matter of time, but a matter of the heart! ❤️🐾
