Irma, called Irmi, originally comes from Romania. She has been living with us at the shelter for over a year now. Irmi loves all of our staff and she adores other dogs. She loves to play and could cuddle and snuggle with us all day long. She enjoys going out with Tine and long walks. She is happy to be accompanied by Yuma. She is actually a completely normal and happy dog who would fit into any nice family – but unfortunately, that is not the case. Irmi has a hard time adjusting to new things. It takes her a long time to get used to strangers in an environment other than the shelter. She finds cyclists annoying and children very scary. For Irmi, we are looking for people with experience with dogs and a confident first-time dog who can support Irmi in her everyday life. Irmi cannot be rehomed in the city; a home in the countryside in a quiet environment would be ideal. With the right support, Irmi will surely become a wonderful, affectionate, and loyal companion. Irmi is now about 4 years old. Even at this age, it is possible to prepare a dog for life outside of the shelter. If you are interested, please feel free to arrange a meeting by email at buero@tierheim-tuttlingen.de.
