I'm Syliess

—a gentle, undemanding giant with a big heart. I love people, I'm cuddly and very people-oriented—which is why, despite all the efforts of my team, I'm very unhappy in the shelter. I simply miss being close to people.

Would you like to know more about me?

As I said: I'm a very pleasant animal companion. I prefer things to be quiet and uncluttered—the main thing is to be with you and close by. Whether I can be left alone is something we would have to test and practice patiently if necessary. I don't always walk very elegantly on the leash yet—I sometimes pull quite hard, which you should be aware of and able to handle. Because I'm a big guy.

I wish for a home that appreciates and loves a large, loyal dog. As few stairs as possible, or ideally an elevator, would be important to me. Some dog experience would be good (I can be quite stubborn), but I'm not a difficult case. Any children living in the household should be a bit older and, of course, steady on their feet. Depending on how we get along, I might also be able to move in with an existing dog – we'd have to test that out.

A house with a garden would be my dream, but I'd also feel comfortable in a large apartment – as long as it's accessible (ground floor or with an elevator), because I'm not the easiest dog to handle. Understanding dogs and some experience would definitely be helpful.

I'm really looking forward to my new life.
