Lion

I come from another TSV (German Shepherd Club) and am new to the Ruhr area. I'm currently still in the getting-to-know-you and training phase, but my new fosters are already looking for a new home. Due to a negative experience in my youth, I have a hard time with other dogs. On good days, I usually manage to avoid stress. On bad days, however, I can't control myself and really let loose like a leash Rambo. I know and wear the muzzle very well and am easy to handle in many situations. In other situations, I display strong stress behavior and sometimes even tend to engage in displacement behavior. I'm a dog who needs clear structures and rules, because only under such circumstances am I as gentle as butter and actually want to please my owners. I'm looking for people with experience with dogs, especially with breeds, who enjoy taking on challenges and have a lot of self-confidence and patience to guide me in the right direction. My caregivers are sure it will be worth it. Applicants should be prepared to schedule multiple appointments.
