Looking for a loving home: Emmy hopes for her happiness
The pretty, black and white cat Emmy is about 4 years old and has unfortunately already had to endure a lot in her young life. As a young adult, she was heartlessly abandoned at a motorway service station, but this hasn't stopped her from maintaining her great trust in humans. On the contrary: Emmy is incredibly people-oriented, affectionate, and loves long cuddle sessions. She has been through a long period of illness with persistent feline herpesvirus (FHV), which she bravely overcame. She also suffers from the dental disease FORL, which is why all her teeth except for her canines have already been extracted. This doesn't affect her eating at all! Due to her somewhat sensitive stomach, you should simply ensure she eats high-quality and easily digestible food.
This lovely feline is spayed, microchipped, and vaccinated, and is now looking for a quiet home where she can be the center of attention. Young seniors or a child-free household would be ideal, where she can receive the attention she so richly deserves.
Emmy prefers to live exclusively indoors, but would be delighted with safe outdoor access or a cat-proof balcony. She can be perfectly happy as the only cat in the household. If there is already another cat living in the household, it should only be a very social, relaxed male cat. If you would like to give this wonderful fighter a loving forever home, we look forward to hearing from you.
